Ingredients
1 Garlic 3 pieces
2 one cup Butter
3 one cup heavy Cream
4 fettuccine pasta
5 pepper and salt
6 smashed saffron 15 threads
Instructions
Step 1 : chop the garlic into very small pieces, put the butter in the saucepan with medium heat and add smashed saffron and garlic
Step 2 : add 1/2 cup of water to saucepan
Step 3 :when the water reached the boiling point, add the cream to pan
Step 4 : Meanwhile, bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil over high heat and add the pasta
Step 5 : add the sauce to the pasta and serve with fresh greens
