Delicious salmon with mustard and Yaqoot saffron sauce

Ingredients

1 One red onion

2 Garlic ( 2 pieces )

3 Salt & pepper

4 Extra virgin olive oil (2 Tablespoons)

5 Dijon mustard sauce( 1 Tablespoon)

6 Saffron ( 8 - 10 threads )

7 1/5 pounds of sliced salmon

8 Lemon juice( 1 lemon)

Instructions

Step 1: chop the onion and garlic into tiny pieces, then add olive oil and mustard, and next add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then mix all of them

Step 2: grind the Yaqoot saffron, steep it in hot water, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3: add the brewed saffron into the sauce.

Step 4: Marinate salmon with the sauce and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge

Step 5: add olive oil to the pan and then salmon.

Step 6: serve the salmon with fresh greens and Bon appetite!
